We hope you had a wonderful summer. Fall is officially here, which means one of our favorite fashion seasons has arrived: tights season. But before you pack away all of your summer clothes, take another look at your closet. Some of those pieces still have plenty of wear left in them.

A pair of tights can take your favorite shorts, skirts, and dresses right into fall. Add a blazer, sweater, or jacket, switch up the shoes, and suddenly that summer piece feels completely different.

That is one of the things we love most about hosiery. Sometimes it only takes one layer to give you more ways to wear what you already own.

Tights Are for Everyone

At CARRA, we believe tights are for all hosiery lovers. Style has no gender, and neither should a great pair of tights. Wear them because you love the look, the layering possibilities, or simply because they make an outfit more interesting.

Don’t Put the Shorts Away Yet

Yes, we are serious! One of our favorite fall styling tricks is adding tights underneath shorts. Pair them with a sweater or blazer and your favorite boots, loafers, or heels.

The same goes for those dresses and skirts you lived in all summer. A pair of tights and a few fall layers can keep them in your wardrobe rotation well into the new season.

The goal is not always to buy a completely new wardrobe when the temperature changes. Sometimes it is about finding new ways to style what you already love.
